The Process
Every vehicle moves through the same disciplined sequence — because the finish is only as good as the prep and the patience behind it.
It starts with a conversation, not a hard sell. Call us, book online, or drop by — we'll ask what you drive, how you use it, and what you're trying to protect against. Most consultations end with a same-day quote and an honest recommendation, even when that means talking you out of a package you don't need. Bring the car by if you can: 15 minutes under our lighting tells us more than any phone description.
On install day, plan for a relaxed hand-off — budget about 20 minutes. We walk the vehicle together under LED inspection lighting, note existing chips, swirls, or prior bodywork, and photograph every panel before a single product touches the paint. You'll get a written timeline for pickup. If you're local, we can arrange collection; storage-unit and garage pickups are part of our mobile service.
Before any film or coating goes on, the paint gets read with a digital depth gauge and corrected. Ceramic and PPF lock in whatever is underneath them — swirls included — so we compound, polish, and finish to a defect-free surface first. This is the step most shops skip or rush. We don't: correction is where the final gloss is actually earned, and we document before-and-after readings so you can see it.
PPF is installed from computer-cut patterns in a climate-controlled bay — never outdoors, never bulk-trimmed on your paint. Ceramic is applied panel by panel and then cures under controlled temperature and humidity for the full dwell time GYEON specifies. We never pull a car early to make a slot. A Full Armor build typically runs five to seven business days; a standalone ceramic is one to two.
At pickup we walk the finished vehicle together, hand over your maintenance kit, and explain exactly how to care for the coating: hand-wash only, the first-wash waiting period, and what to avoid. You leave with your warranty paperwork, before-and-after photos, and a standing invitation to bring it back for your complimentary inspection. Questions after you drive away are expected — call anytime.

A standalone ceramic coating is typically one to two business days. A Guard Stack runs three to four; a full-body Full Armor build takes five to seven. We give you a firm timeline at drop-off and never rush a cure to hit it.
Nothing special — arrive with the car as it is. Don't bother washing it; our prep process starts with a full decontamination anyway. Just clear personal items from the interior, since we'll be in and out of the cabin during install.
Fresh ceramic needs roughly seven days to reach full hardness. Avoid washing, rain-driving where possible, and automatic car washes during that window. Your maintenance kit and care card spell out the exact do's and don'ts for the first month.
We take a deposit to reserve your install date and settle the balance at pickup. You'll have the full written quote before anything is scheduled — no surprise line items, ever. That's the same straight-pricing rule the whole studio runs on.

Once you've approved a quote and left a deposit, we schedule the actual install date separately so your bay and materials are reserved.

So every install begins with a digital paint-depth reading and a multi-stage correction to a defect-free surface. It's the step that actually earns the final gloss, and we document before-and-after readings.
Very little. Don't wash it — our prep starts with a full decontamination regardless. Just remove personal items from the cabin, since we'll be working in and out of the interior during install. Arrive with a roughly quarter-tank or more of fuel if it's a multi-day build, and bring any spare keys we might need for accessory panels.

After that, hand-wash only — we provide a full maintenance kit and a care card at pickup, and we recommend a periodic check-in so we can inspect the coating and top it up if needed.

We explain the wash rules, the first-week precautions, and how to keep the hydrophobic performance strong for the full warranty term.
